Had some fun yesterday turning us into anime cartoons, thanks to a nifty website called Portrait Illustration Maker. It’s a bit tedious, but a great time-waster (kind of like blogs!). They sorta kinda look like us, in a vague, non-specific way. Note that Chuck gets the Vaio and I get the Mac. Ha-ha! This was much more entertaining than the past week and a half’s constant home improvement activities: moving furniture, painting, moving furniture, painting, moving – you get the idea. I had a crick in my neck for about two days from painting a ceiling (I have a whole new appreciation for the work of Michelangelo). The next time we do remodeling like this, where there is a huge mess in the house and much upheaval, Chuck promises to send me away for a while, to somplace nice like the Ritz. I plan on holding him to it. Sometimes a girl just has to let out her inner princess. Once I get over the trauma, I’ll post pictures of the office before and after. Now that it’s all done, I have to admit it was worth the hassle. But I still could really use a masage at the Ritz…
