Well, as the man who jumped from the top of an 80 story building said as he passed the 30th floor, “So far, so good.” I made it to work, and the world appears to be mostly intact so I guess that means I can proceed with today’s blog entry. They are making a film version of one of my favorite books of all time, “The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.” I actually have an autographed paperback copy that Douglas Adams signed for me back when I was an undergrad!! I was reading up on the movie and found a link to a teaser trailer (they don’t show anything from the movie, but it gives you a flavor of the coming film – funny!). There’s a cool blog that’s kind of a real life Hitchhiker’s Guide, too, if you want more fun.
