I was listening to NPR’s Morning Edition today, and they did a little story on a really gross-sounding holiday drink: Jones’ turkey and gravy soda! Apparently it came out last year, and sold out (it was a limited edition soda). It was such a success that they are coming out with a new one for this year, turkey and gravy with all the trimmings! Don’t take my word for it, listen for yourself! It does take me back to my childhood when I thought space food was the coolest thing ever. Squishy food in squeeze tubes! It doesn’t get any better than that. And that classic scene in 2001: A Space Odyssey when Bowman and Poole are in the spaceship and are exercising and eating that amazing TV dinner food that couldn’t fall out of its slots! Ah, memories…
