So I am at Burbank Airport (aka Bob Hope Airport these days) waiting for a flight to Sacramento. I got here way early because I took Super Shuttle, which means I had plenty of time once I got to the gate. Figuring I could do a little work on the computer, I popped open the old iBook and it immediately said “Network found T-Mobile. Want to join?” (well not quite those words but that was the gist of it). I clicked on OK and it took me to a web page where I could sign in if I had a T-Mobile account, or I could sign up for a new account. So I signed up and in a couple of minutes was the proud owner of a pay as you go T-Mobile account, and here I am blogging away at the airport. I could miss my flight, this is so much fun! My wait has dwindled to nothing, and I didn’t even notice the time passing! I even took a photo with my cell phone camera and beamed it to the computer to commemorate the event. Wi-fi rules!!
