I’m at the Sacramento airport, waiting for a Southwest flight home. Chuck dropped us (our friend Jack, his girlfriend Lillian and me) off about 1/2 an hour ago, and then headed off for Yuba City. So having nothing better to do, I logged in using the airport’s Fly Sacramento wireless service. Not quite as slick a sign-up as a T-Mobile hotspot, but a good connection nevertheless. Right now we’re hanging in the bar, listening to symbols for facebook” title=”music symbols for facebook”>music and I’m catching up on email. We had a nice day, hitting a couple of wineries (only tasted at one – we were pretty burned out after hitting about six wineries yesterday) then drove to Sacramento and walked around Old Sacramento. All in all, a nice way to spend Valentine’s Day. Chuck surprised me with a very cool gift: Tad the frog. We have a small collection of these guys and Tad is cute as the dickens. What a guy (Chuck, not the frog)!! Anyway, here’s a shot of us in Calistoga getting mud baths. More photos later.
