At least that’s what it felt like when I checked my inbox this morning. It was bursting with emails from various PAC groups. A few I felt were worthwhile, so will mention them here:

• StopTheNRA has mounted an email campaign against H.R. 800, which would prevent civil liability actions from being brought against gun dealers in the case of “the misuse of their products by others.”
• TrueMajority is mounting a campaign against Bush’s candidate for Ambassador to the UN, John Bolton. As they said, “John Bolton argued against the U.S. 1) paying its back dues to the UN, 2) joining the International Criminal Court, and 3) strengthening disarmament treaties.”

Hmmm, doesn’t sound like the kind of person I’d like to see in that post.
