The adventure continues! It’s Thursday and we have managed to fill the second six ton lowboy dumpster with dirt. Phew! but now the backyard is ready for the pool (just kidding!) and the side yard is also grass-less. Yes folks, our entire yard is now a dust bowl. Tiny tumbleweeds can be seen blowing across its vast expanse. We looked at tile today, and are going with a pebble-ish stone that is called “sumatra red” and looks great. It’s also expensive, but we don’t call this the money pit for nothing! Photos of part two of the big dig have been added to the first bunch here. And another photo of my blister is here.
