This is pretty cool goodness. If you have a Flickr account (and everybody who’s anybody does, kids!), you can add Santa beards to them by adding photo notes to pics. Here’s all you do: log in to your Flickr account, then find a photo of your own or a friend’s, then click on Add Note, draw a box around the head of the person to be Santa-ified, and in the note box type “ho ho ho hat” (and you can do the same to the chin, and make the note “ho ho ho beard” for a Santa beard).
