My inner geek has taken over my body today and I can hardly stand myself. Is today the day the ultra light Apple laptop will become more than just a dream? Will Steve Jobs announce that Apple is acquiring Microsoft? I don’t know but come 9am I’ll be tuning into the live blog coverage of the Steve Jobs keynote at MacWorld (or as I like to think of it the sermon on the mount) rather than freeze my ass off waiting in line to stand in the back of a room watching a big screen TV version of the keynote, which is what we did last year. This year we’re in the comfort of fellow Apple fan girl Carole’s house, sipping hot coffee and kicking back. But come 10:30am we’ll hauling our butts over to the Exhibit Hall to check out all the bright shiny objects. The Apple Store is down now, and that’s a sure sign of big things to come!!!!!
