Well, this project has been a lot more work than we realized back in the planning stages. The living room and hallway are done, and the office is about 1/6th finished. Chuck is officially not having fun anymore, but has come far enough that he won’t be stopped until it’s all complete. Everything looks fabulous, and we’ve decided to do carpet on the stairs (vs. more hardwood). We spent Sunday starting to pull the downstairs together, so that at least part of the house would be livable.
